It’s been a couple weeks since we launched our biggest menu update in seven years , and the verdict is in – it’s a hit!

The St George and Sutherland Shire Leader recently featured our Hurstville restaurant and its new exclusive offerings, picking through a highlights reel of the best dishes.

They gave a special “salute to a Cantonese classic” – the wok fried Rostbiff Black Angus beef with cheung fun rice noodles, garlic chives and sweet soy sauce. They were also sure to mention our vegetarian offering of golden battered eggplant, coated with “melt-in-your-mouth salted duck egg yolk and black tobiko.”

Another love was our new dessert menu – especially the “gorgeous deconstructed pavlova.”
