Time Out Sydney need no introduction – and they’ve been Chefs Gallery fans for a while now, so it shouldn’t be a surprise that they’re keen to get behind Chefs Pastry too.
The standout for them were our innovative pan-Asian pies – “Beef rendang pies? Sign us up!” Our sweet treats were “equally as impressive – try Japanese yuzu meringue choux puffs, or lychee rose crepe cakes.”
